All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
  • Other areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders — the threshold will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time through our Track Order page.

6. Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your sneakers arrive in perfect condition. We take great care to preserve original box integrity where applicable.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification. Please contact us or the courier directly to arrange re-delivery. bigstepperz is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date via our Contact page. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
