If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
